ICAS 12 grant application

ICAS 12 participants are expected to fund their own transportation, accommodation, registration fee and other expenses and are therefore strongly encouraged to start funding applications in time.   

ICAS has a travel fund available for a limited number of participants and will normally provide selected grantees only with a partial travel grant. It is therefore strongly advisable to apply for funding elsewhere as well.

If you would like to be considered for a grant, please submit the grant form stating the motivation for your request. Please explain why participating in ICAS 12 is important to you and why you feel you should be selected for a grant. Please also outline the reasons why you need a grant.

The following eligibility criteria apply:

  •  ICAS 12 grants are exclusively reserved for selected PhD students or early career scholars (obtained PhD degree after 1 January 2018)
  • The grant applicant should have one of the following roles at ICAS 12: convenor, chair, discussant and/or presenter (co-presenters/authors cannot apply for a grant)

You are requested to submit the grant application form before 1 February 2021. Only successfully submitted grant applications before the deadline will be considered.
